These are the standards we hold our community to

At Amplitude we believe diverse perspectives lead to better solutions and are the key to sustainable growth. We believe inclusivity is a right for all. As such, we are committed to creating a diverse, inclusive and safe environment at AMPLIFY. Harassment, aggression, and intimidation damage not only individual experience but our strength as a community.

Behaviors creating these impacts will not be tolerated, particularly but not limited to: race, color, creed, gender (including pregnancy, perceived pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding, or related medical conditions), gender identity, religion (including religious dress and grooming), marital status, domestic partner status, genetic information, age, national origin or ancestry, military or veteran status, sexual orientation, physical or mental disability, or any other basis protected by federal, state, or local laws.

We request all participants at AMPLIFY abide by the following behaviors:

  • Be mindful of others around you to ensure a great experience for your fellow participants.

  • Be kind, respectful, and collaborative. Respect personal space and common courtesy rules for interaction.

  • Wear your badge at all times while at the event or event venues.

  • Refrain from displaying or speaking any demeaning, harassing, aggressive, or intimidating materials or behavior.

  • Respect the venue, property and refrain from inflicting intentional damage.

Consequences of unacceptable behavior

If a participant engages in unacceptable behavior, the event organizers may take any action they deem appropriate, up to and including expulsion from the event without warning or refund and if appropriate involvement of local law enforcement.
